The Forum, which dates back to 1931, has provided its distinguished membership with camaraderie and an interesting array of business and non-business programs.    The group holds a series of five to six dinner events per year with high profile speakers and networking at the historic National Arts Club in Manhattan.  Membership, which includes the dinner series and a listing in the membership directory, is $275 per year.
