Dear Members and Friends,
A few years ago, one of our Directors suggested that it might be a good idea not to schedule dinner meetings during the months of December, January, and February, so as to avoid the need for cancellations or rescheduling because of winter weather. The Board agreed that this was a good idea - which, based on the snow and cold weather we have experienced this year, is now looking more like a great idea!
Looking ahead to our spring season, the Speakers Committee under leadership of Roger Baumberger has come up with three very interesting and information-packed events:
- Tuesday, March 15, 2011 - Jordan Kimmel, Market Strategist and Co-Founder of Trust Across America, as well as developer of the Magnet Method of Investing, and Charles H. Green, Founder and CEO of Trusted Advisor Associates.
Topic: "Restoring Trust in Post-Madoff America: What it Means for Advisors, Companies, and Investors"
- Monday, April 11, 2011, Paul Gelb,Vice President and Mobile Practice Lead, Razorfish
Topic: "The Mobile Revolution: How it will transform your business, life and perception of the world"
- Tuesday, May 17, 2011, John Bello, Partner, Sherbrooke Capital and founder of SoBe, the New Age beverage company. Topic (subject to speaker revision): "From Intrapreneur to Entrepreneur: How to Turn Your Vision into a Pile of Money"
I encourage you to find out more about these outstanding speakers by looking at the Events section of our Website, www.execforumnyu.org
Also, I am pleased to announce that we are offering a special Mid-Season Membership dues rate of $175 that covers the cost of all three spring dinners and inclusion of a listing in our Membership Directory. If you would like to try a meeting first, please come as a Guest for $75 to the March 15 dinner, and if you decide to join by the end of the evening, you can do so by paying $100 at that time. For further details, please see the Membership section of our Website, www.execforumnyu.org.
Looking forward to greeting you March 15th,
